These terms apply to the websites operated by agenda.ch sàrl, in particular agenda.ch, phyzio.ch, spark.ch and commune.ch. They apply to anyone who visits them or books an appointment through them, whether or not they have an account.
agenda.ch makes a booking tool available to providers. The service itself (consultation, treatment, course, rental) is supplied by the provider and not by agenda.ch, which is involved neither in its content, nor in its price, nor in its performance.
The conditions for cancellation, lateness and missed appointments are those of the provider. They are communicated to you by the provider; if in doubt, contact the provider directly.
When booking, you undertake to provide accurate information and to book only appointments you intend to keep. If you book for another person, you must be entitled to pass on their data. If you are a minor, you must have the consent of your legal representative.
It is prohibited to make fictitious bookings, to automate bookings or to distribute unlawful content through the site. agenda.ch reserves the right to block access in the event of abusive use.
The extraction, copying, systematic indexing or reuse of all or part of the content of the site, in particular provider profiles, their contact details, their availability and their prices, is prohibited, whether carried out manually or by means of a robot, a script or any other automated process. This prohibition applies in particular to building databases, to training models and to any commercial use of the content so collected. agenda.ch may block, without notice, any access that contravenes it and reserves the right to claim compensation for the damage suffered.
The use of agenda.ch is free for customers/patients: agenda.ch charges them nothing, neither for searching for a provider nor for booking an appointment.
The price of the service booked is, by contrast, set by the provider and is owed to the provider according to its own terms. Where the provider offers online payment at the time of booking, that payment is collected by the provider through its own contract with a payment provider: agenda.ch supplies the technical interface but is neither the seller of the service nor the recipient of the payment. Any question about price, invoicing, refund or cancellation must be addressed to the provider.
agenda.ch may interrupt, modify or limit the service at any time.
agenda.ch implements the means necessary for the proper functioning of the service, without being able to guarantee its permanent availability. agenda.ch is not liable for costs or damage arising from an appointment booked through the site, in particular where an appointment is not kept, is cancelled or is changed by either party.
The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy. The provider, and not agenda.ch, is responsible for the processing of your data.
These terms may be amended at any time. They are governed by Swiss law. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is Geneva.
