How does the transfer to agenda.ch work in practice??

Step 1: A few points to check

Your current contract

Some software packages require notice of termination.

Check the terms and conditions of your current software to avoid paying for an additional period.

At agenda.ch: we have no notice period, so you are free to leave whenever you like.

Recover your data

We can import your patients and appointments if we have the data in the right format (excel file, csv, or ics for appointments etc.).

This data can often be downloaded from your account. If not, send an email to your software asking it to retrieve your data.

Preparing your access

If you use online appointment booking: to redirect your customers to agenda.ch, make sure you have access to :

Your Google My Business listing
Your website (if you have one)

Step 2: Create and prepare your agenda.ch account

Create your agenda.ch account

Registration takes just a few minutes. Once registered, send us your data files and we'll take care of the import.

Configure the basics of your account

A few simple adjustments to make:
Your services (types of appointment)
Your opening times
Your billing details. (if you use billing)

Stage 3: The day of change

30-60 minutes - With our assistance or on your own

1. Check the import on agenda.ch

Check that everything has been imported correctly:

  • Imported patient data
  • Appointments

2. Cut out the old software

On your old software, deactivate :

  • Online booking
  • Automatic reminders (email & SMS)

3. Redirect your customers (if you have online appointment booking)

(if you use online appointment booking)

Update your booking link on :

  • Your Google My Business listing
  • Your website

4. Inform MediData / Curaline (for customers who use these services)

(if you use these services)

Inform them that you have changed software. Once this change has been made, you will be able to send invoices to the insurance companies using agenda.ch. Any returns from insurance companies on invoices issued with your old software will be sent to you by email. In this case, you can redo the invoice on agenda.ch.
