Frau Meneses ist eine nette und freundliche Person, sie hat die Problematik gut erkannt. Ihre Interventionen scheinen soviel sich dies im Moment eruieren lässt, gut gewesen zu sein, gezielt und effektiv.

Die Signalisierung könnte verbessert werden, damit man den Ort schneller findet, vor Allem am Hauseingang.
