ENTRÉE ABONNÉS Fitness
On m’a bien expliqué les machines selon mes besoins et il y’a tous les machines nécessaires pour un entraînement complet et dans l’abonnement il y’a la même sauna compris. La seule machine qui pour moi manque c’est pour les abdominaux mais on peut les faire sur le tapis.

Mit der früheren Erfahrung aus dem Ballett bringt Audrey Pozhar sehr gute Voraussetzungen für die Physiotherapie mit dem Wiederaufbau von Muskeln und der Verbesserung der Körperhaltung. Sie ist ein guter Motivator und ihre Sorgfalt und Ausdauer sind inspirierend.
