Appointments can be booked online 24/7 with immediate confirmation via SMS or email. When booking, please specify the reason for your consultation—smoking cessation, stress management, phobias—so the practitioner can prepare your session. If no suitable time slots are available in Nyon, please expand your search to neighboring towns.
Hypnotherapy is not covered by basic health insurance (LAMal). Some supplemental insurance plans cover sessions if the practitioner is registered with ASCA or RME. No prescription is required. Check your coverage before booking an appointment.
The first consultation lasts 60 to 90 minutes. The hypnotherapist begins with an interview to understand your needs and expectations. Hypnotic induction is then offered: you remain conscious and in control throughout the session. The hypnotic state is a natural state of focused concentration, comparable to being absorbed in a film or a book.
Hypnotherapy is used for smoking cessation, stress and anxiety management, phobias, sleep disorders, pain management, and building self-confidence. The number of sessions required varies depending on the issue—often 3 to 6 sessions.
