Coach Tony – Muay Thai Coach & Personal Trainer

Muay Thai is more than just a sport. It is a school of discipline, self-improvement, and respect.

My journey began in 2009, driven by a fascination with the intensity, precision, and power of this striking art. After my first experience in a gym, everything changed in 2014 during my first training camp. This immersion marked a decisive turning point: Muay Thai became more than a practice—it became a passion and a lifelong commitment.

Two years later, I continued this journey in Phuket, at the heart of Thai culture.

In 2017, I joined Sitthichok Gym as a fighter and later as an instructor. For several years, I trained children, teenagers, and adults, while also preparing fighters for national and international competitions.

This hands-on experience allowed me to develop a complete, demanding training methodology tailored to each individual.

Recognized as a Kru with 10 years of practice and 6 years of teaching experience, and certified as a Personal Trainer & Fitness Trainer (Fitspro – mobility and nutrition), I now combine the discipline of combat sports with modern training science.
