Description Claire Bostock
Originally from a banking background in Singapore, I transitioned into wellness after becoming a Yoga Alliance-certified yoga teacher and completing a Master’s in Counselling Psychology. My wellness career began at Singapore’s first premier boutique yoga studio, Gaia Yoga, while I also served as a counsellor with MD Specialist Group and Adam Road Hospital, specializing in adolescent mental health and eating disorders.
In pursuit of a deeper connection to wellness, I moved to Thailand, where I spent 15 years helping establish and run Asia’s leading fitness wellness resort, Absolute Sanctuary in Koh Samui. During this time, I designed and developed holistic wellness programs that have won numerous awards.
In 2020, I relocated to Geneva, Switzerland, where I have focused on empowering women through holistic health coaching and creating programs specifically for women transitioning through mid-life, as well as teen empowerment programs for young girls.
My journey into sound therapy began after a life-changing sound massage session with Romain Celeyron, founder of the White Tiger Institute in Geneva, with direct lineage to Nepalese Singing Bowl Master Shree Krishna Shahi. Inspired by this experience, I pursued a two-year training with Romain to integrate singing bowl therapy into my wellness practice.
I regularly give talks and workshops on a wide range of wellness topics, both in Geneva and internationally. In my spare time, I enjoy running, practicing yoga and Pilates, and experimenting with healthy recipes in the kitchen.
At Boddhi Clinic, I offer sound massage therapy and holistic health coaching.
