I had a transformative session with Laraba yesterday! I had been experiencing a lot of lower back and pain in my shoulders that I suspected might be related to some developmental trauma I am working through. For someone who has C-PTSD, feeling entirely safe, held, and respected is essential, and Laraba generously offered me that with her listening, gentle questions, and a sparkling, incredible energy flow in her touch and body work. Twenty-four hours after my first session, my pain is almost gone, my body and spirit feel renewed. I look forward to future sessions and can recommend her with enthusiasm ✨
